1) Force reboot:

To hard reset a phone dial *2767*3855#, this will delete all the data as well as settings of android phone. Don’t try this code for testing purpose, until you are not sure. It will not ask for any confirmation.

8) Context menu in android:

Long press on the screen, will show you additional options for customizing android phones. This context menu is somewhat similar to the right click menu of most operating systems.

9) Taking screen shots on android phone

Android phones offer a great feature by which we can take the screen shot without using any 3rd party application. Install Android 

You can install Android to your poor old p.c 

Step 1: Downloading Android x86
The first thing that you need to do is download the Android x86 iso. I provided a direct link to the Kitkat build RC2 which is the latest build at the time of writing this. To see other builds,

Step 2: Bootable USB
Using the program Rufus, we are going to create a bootable USB drive. Select your USB drive from the drop-down menu and choose the Android x86 iso file and hit start.

Now on your PC, insert your USB drive. When your computer starts, go into the boot menu. This is usually done by pressing the  F12 or Delete button, but could differ depending on your system. Make sure to choose the option to boot from your USB.

You should now be at the bootloader screen. Select the option to install Androidx86 to hard disk. The next screen will ask you about partitions. Personally, I have no use for Windows XP so I am going to completely format the drive and use the whole thing for Android. Of course, you don’t have to. You can just choose your primary hard drive from the list and make sure not to choose the format option on the next screen.

In my scenario of completely formatting the drive, here’s what I am going to do. Go down to create/Modify partitions. And choose sda.

In the Disk Utility I am going to delete the existing partition then create a new partition (make it the primary). Finally, I am going to change the type to Linux (number 83 on the list) and finally write the partitions out to disk.

Once it’s done, make sure to select reboot.

How to use the app (Download)

When the server is running and the level meter shows music playing, start the SoundWire Android app.

1.  Press the "Connect" button (coiled wire image) to connect to the server and begin listening. If the server address box is blank SoundWire will automatically locate the server. When the wire glows you have a good connection.

2.  If auto locate doesn’t work, or you have more than one server, enter your server address in the text edit box before connecting. The server address (IPv4) is shown on the upper left of the SoundWire Server window, for example: 192.168.1.201. In some situations the address shown by the server may not be correct, you can find it using ‘ipconfig’ in a command window (look for IPv4 address) or ‘ifconfig’ on Linux. Note that the SoundWire Server does not choose or control its IP address, that’s determined by your network configuration. 

You can use a long press on the connect button to do auto locate even if the address box is not blank. If you don’t hear any sound check that the level meter on the server shows audio being played and that the status is “Connected”. If the server connection is lost for more than a few seconds you may have to press the connect button again (use the "continuously reconnect" settings option to do this automatically). How Google Play Protect works

Google Play Protect checks apps when you download them. It also periodically scans your device. If it finds a potentially harmful app, it stops the app from running, and may:

Remove the app automatically. In some cases, if a harmful app has been detected, you may get a notification saying the app was removed.

Check your app security status

You can check the status of Google Play Protect on your device:

Open your Android device’s Google Play Store app  Google Play.

3)Look for information about the status of your device.

No. Opera Max does not optimize encrypted data. Any data traveling via a secure connection (HTTPS) is sent directly to the site or service your device communicates with. Opera Max never views the contents or proxies information sent through these connections. For more information, please review Opera's Privacy Statement.

I’m not seeing any savings. What’s wrong?

Opera Max saves data on text, images, and videos transferred over normal web connections. Opera Max can't compress binary or encrypted data, for example app installation or updates through Google Play or traffic on your bank or email applications. But, if you use other apps like WhatsApp or Instagram, you’ll start to see savings.

Why don’t I get savings on Facebook, Twitter, and other apps?

Facebook and Twitter by default use a secure connection to their services. Opera Max does not touch any secure, encrypted data. Some services may also compress videos or images before Opera Max gets the chance. In this case, Opera Max does not need to compress it any further.

Why do I see estimated savings for apps like YouTube and Netflix?

In some apps, Opera Max can limit how much data the app is allowed to use. This prevents excessive data use and runaway cost. Opera Max cannot accurately predict how much data the app would have used without the limit. The amount reported as saved is only an estimate that may differ from the actual savings depending on network conditions.

How does app management work?

Tap App management in the main menu to customize each app's behavior and fine tune your phone's data consumption.

In the SAVINGS tab, tap an app from the list on the left to turn off Opera Max savings and prevent your traffic from being compressed by Opera servers. When Opera Max savings is blocked, the app will receive the full data load intended from its developers. You will no longer see any data savings from this app. Tap an app from the list on the right to unblock Opera Max savings.

In the MOBILE tab, tap an app from the list on the left to block it from accessing mobile data. Blocking apps from accessing mobile data may prevent apps from consuming data without your knowledge–for example during background updates or stalled actions that began on a Wi-Fi connection–and may extend your phone's battery life. Why is Opera Max using all my battery?

It's not. Android assigns any battery used to transmit and receive data to the Opera Max app. But, in reality, it's the apps that consume that data that also consume your battery. Power efficiency is something we care about. Our tests show that battery usage with Opera Max enabled is almost identical compared to the same setup without Opera Max. When watching videos, you will actually reduce your battery usage slightly with Opera Max enabled (our tests show about a 5% gain). This is because the CPU uses a lot less power than data transmission processes, so high-traffic savings positively effect battery usage.

Does Opera Max support IPv6 on Android 4.4 (KitKat)?

In short, no. We're working on adding IPv6 support for KitKat, but for now you'll need to switch to IPv4 if you want to see data savings in Opera Max. To switch to IPv4:

Open your device's settings and select More networks > Mobile networks > Access Point Names.

Select the current APN and change the APN Protocol to IPv4.

The SpearHead 360 uses 24 antennas to help it lock in potential devices to hack. Once that occurs, the system has four different methods to get the targeted handset to connect to its Wi-Fi interceptors in what is called a man-in-the-middle attack. WiSpear also claims it has four different kinds of malware for several operating systems, including iOS and Android mentions myce:

Samsung issues with hackers

Since Android is inherently more open than iOS, security can be more of an issue than on other platforms. Android phone makers such as Samsung, LG, and others often introduce their own code to Google's Android in order to modify the software experiences on their products.

Google notes that in some cases this extra code can be vulnerable to hackers. A group of researchers at Google known as Project Zero recently decided to dig into Samsung's Galaxy S6 Edge to test its security.

Google teams in the United States and Europe worked on three challenges to test the device, which included gaining remote access to contacts, photos and messages and executing code on a device even after it's been wiped. Google's researchers came back with 11 bugs total after performing tests on the phone for a week.

Samsung fixed eight of these issues through an update in October. It says the remaining three will be addressed in another update coming in November. "At Samsung, maintaining the trust of our customers is a top priority," the company said in a statement.

Devices eligible for the security update include Samsung's Galaxy S series, its Galaxy Note series, and its Galaxy Tab series.

One bug Google found was capable of forwarding emails to another account, while another had to do with file corruption. Some issues were troubling because it didn't take much time to "find, exploit, and use" these vulnerabilities, Google's blog post said.

Bugs and vulnerabilities are discovered within Android from time to time. Although most of them can pose significant risks, they're often addressed early on. That's a big part of why Google assembled its Project Zero team, which is tasked with eliminating software issues and risks on the web before they cause trouble.

Researchers outside of Google stumble upon bugs within Android, too. Experts at Zimperium found a vulnerability known as Stagefright in July, for example, that could infect a user's handset without his or her knowledge.
