App that does nothing and called nothing

This app does nothing really it does nothing then why the sh*t its made .
It has no icon no widgets ,not shown in background but google play rating up to 4.5
Reviews almost 5 star .

Whats the point of creating something like this its simply to get some publicity they real don't have an intention of creating something useful but this made them look back that why I made the post on this and you clicked to read about It.
