when two people talk on phone , it converts the voice into an electrical signal via sampling 16 bit, 256 bit etc( you might have read that in college), which is then transmitted as radio waves and converted back into sound by re-sampling On the other phone. While one can certainly manipulate s and 1s and introduce some noise into the system but not during the call. Blast can only be caused by a short circuit or overheating. Both of them are beyond the control of a programmer.
